Before you dive in, let's guide you through the essential information and steps to ensure a seamless start to your hydrographic education.
What you need to know
To apply for the Hydrography Category B postgraduate programme, candidates are required to complete and submit the official Application Portfolio. This portfolio allows the selection committee to evaluate your academic qualifications, professional background, and motivation for enrolling in the programme.
Before starting your application, please ensure you have the following documents ready for upload:
- A copy of your diploma(s)
- Your curriculum vitae (CV)
- A valid identity card or passport
Applications are accepted between 1st February and 31st July. Please note that non-EU applicants must complete the procedure by 30th June to allow sufficient time for visa processing and administrative arrangements. If you wish to apply after the indicated deadline, you may contact us at hydrography@hzs.be to inquire whether late applications can still be considered.
Only complete applications will be considered. We recommend submitting your portfolio as early as possible to ensure timely processing.
